A long time ago I started my fitness journey, I know the feeling — flooded with information from Instagram, well-meaning friends and family, with no idea what actually works. It seemed I was just throwing weights around, impossible to stay motivated.
But I studied, persevered and found the most effective training methods and protocols. Not only do I feel better for it, but have been helping hundreds in their own journey. Workouts shouldn’t feel like a waste of time, or a chore! Using tried and tested methods, prioritising technique and recovery, you can unlock your potential and enjoy the results you obviously want.
